Early arrival and check in $100
This is for early flights, leaving the room vacant the night before. The charge may be vaived at the hosts discretion. Complimentary for reservations of four days or more. Does not apply to Christmas/New Year holiday week or long weekends.

Children and young adults may be catered for according to the number of guests.
Rates by negotiation, Unfortunately we have no facilities for toddlers between the ages of 1 year and 4 years.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All reservations must be confirmed using a valid credit card. The card will be authorised as being valid but not processed until completion of the stay. The exception would be a reservation made through a travel agent with whom we have established a business relationship.
A cancellation fee may be charged under the following circumstances and is at the discretion of the hosts.
One and Two Night Reservations
1. The booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the intended time of arrival $180
2. The guest fails to arrived in accordance with the reservation.
Full room rate.
Multiple Night Stay and Public Holidays
The booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the intended time of arrival will attract a 50% surcharge of the total booking account. Subject to the room being re-booked.
