All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars. No single supplement. All rates quoted are subject to availability and may be changed at the hosts discretion.

Premium stay rates apply to Christmas New Year week.
Multiple night stay rates can be negiotated with your hosts.

Early arrival and check in $100

This is for early flights, leaving the room vacant the night before. The charge may be vaived at the hosts discretion. Complimentary for reservations of four days or more. Does not apply to Christmas/New Year holiday week or long weekends.

Daily laundry and dry cleaning service charged accordingly.

Children and young adults may be catered for according to the number of guests. Rates by negotiation.


WE HAVE NO FACILITIES FOR TODDLERS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 1 YEAR AND 4 YEARS. 

 


CANCELLATION POLICY


Deposits are accepted as a credit card number or personal cheque. A reservation is not confirmed until receipt of the deposit.

Reservations confirmed on a credit card are not charged until the guest has completed their stay.

Cancellation up to 48 hours of intended arrival. Usually would not attract a cancellation fee. However, the hosts reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for reservations during holiday periods and is subject to the room being rebooked.

Cancellation within 24 hours of intended arrival may attract a charge for the full fee of the intended reservation.
