RESERVATIONS
Reservations are accepted via a credit card number. It is our policy not to charge the card until after our guest has completed their stay. Your credit card number will be authorised but not processed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are accepted as a credit card number or personal cheque. A reservation is not confirmed until receipt of the deposit. The value of the deposit is $150 or for a multiple night booking 50% of the total account.

Reservations confirmed on a credit card are not charged until the guest has completed their stay.

Cancellation up to 48 hours of intended arrival, minimum charge of $150 is applied at the host's discretion.
